All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges

At The LoveKraft Co., every item is handmade, custom, or personalized with care (including our popular custom tumblers, wraps, cups, and more) — which means all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations (once production or processing has started), or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, style, design, personalization, or selection choice
  • Dissatisfaction with the final product
  • Buyer’s remorse

This policy applies to all products purchased through thelovekraftco.com or any affiliated channels.

Limited Exception for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, materially defective, or significantly different from what was ordered (solely due to our error), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at thelovekraftco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review each case individually. If we confirm the issue is our responsibility or due to shipping damage, we may (at our sole discretion) offer a replacement (if available) or another resolution.

Important: Any approved replacement or return under this exception requires the customer to pay for return shipping costs to us. We will cover shipping for the replacement item only if approved. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Minor variations inherent to handmade/custom items (which add to their unique charm), normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from customer-provided instructions/details do not qualify as defects.

Legal Note This policy does not override any mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., statutory return periods where required by law). Those protections apply as mandated.
